Perhaps the most well-established and recognized listing agent in Charlotte County, Katelyn has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and is skilled at pricing properties competitively, creating effective marketing campaigns, and navigating the complex process of selling a home.

Meet Sarah, Rodas Realty’s new buyers agent! Having worked in the real estate industry for over a year as an Assistant to Katelyn Rodas, Sarah is excited to enter the industry as a Buyer’s REALTOR®, for the Rodas Realty Team!
Highly motivated and extremely organized, Sarah will work hard for her clients. With over 10 years experience as a business owner in the wedding industry, Sarah has proven she knows how to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Since moving to New Brunswick from Ontario in 2010, Sarah has been highly involved in the local community through various volunteer organizations. Most recently, she was the President of the St. Stephen Area Chamber of Commerce. Alongside other Board members, Sarah spearheaded the Welcome St. Stephen initiative where locals are connected to people moving to the community, ensuring they have the information and connections to feel truly welcomed here in our beautiful region.
Raising a family here herself, she knows first hand what a great place this is to live!

She ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, is meticulous with detail and ensures all files are in order, and provides the Rodas Realty Team with all the tools necessary to ensure you have a professional and stress-free experience.
